Programmer

Responsibilities :

-Develop software operation solution by development of program specification and testing based on user

-Monitoring system and program/software

-To solve troubleshooting of programs/applications

Qualifications :

-Bachelor Degree majoring Information Technology or equivalent

-Familiar with Oracle/Vb 6/Vb.net/ASP/PHP/Java Script/SQL Server

-Minimal 2 years experience as programmer

-Strong analytical skill

General Purchasing

Responsibilities :

-Follow up purchase order (PO), analyze and price negotiation

-Searching vendor and preparing contract documents.

-Job role in purchasing in office automation such stationary, uniform and etc.

Qualifications :

-Bachelor Degree in any field

-Minimal 2 years of working experience in the related field

-Have a good negotiation and communication skill

Inventory Management Analyst

Responsibilities :

-To analyze the inventory data

-To present the inventory report

-Monitoring stock movement inter-stores, from stores to warehouse conversely

Qualifications :

-Bachelor Degree majoring Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or equivalent

-Minimal 1 year experience in the related field

-Details, problem solving, organizational and analytical skills

-Computer literate

Finance & Accounting Officer

Responsibilities :

Handle daily administrative and financial task, prepares financial/accounting reports (balance sheet, profit & loss, cash flow, etc.)

Qualifications :

-Bachelor Degree majoring Accounting or equivalent

-Minimal 1 year working experience at the same field (Finance/Accounting/Account Receivable/Account Payable

-Computer literate

-Have a good analytical skill

-Detail oriented

Responsibilities :

-Managing the recruitment process, payroll, training, employee regulations

-Implementing programs based on Human Resources

Qualifications :

-Bachelor Degree majoring Psychology/Human Resource Management

-Have working experience in human resources field (recruitment/personnel administration/payroll)

-Understanding Labour Regulations

-Have interest in administrative task

Tax Officer

Responsibilities:

·      Prepare monthly tax reporting, including running the electronic tax reporting program (named E-SPT)

·      Reconcile all taxes between book and supporting documents on monthly basis

·      Prepare/review tax returns (reporting)

·      Other accounting and Tax related function

Qualifications

·      Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, Economics, Finance/Accountancy/Banking or equivalent.

·      At least 2 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.

·      Good knowledge in taxation, having certificate of “Brevet A/B”

·      Proficient MS Application skills with some knowledge in SAP

·      Excellent problem solving and analytical skill, accurate in detail, able to work underpressure

·      Familiar with Microsoft Office sofware: word, excell, power point, internet, acc software
